In Eva Stalin, Students can learn B.Com degree along with three years integrated CA Exams coaching.CA Professional Course and Qualification is conducted and awarded by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi, an independent Statutory Body, under Ministry of Corporate of Affairs, Government of India. It has been established on 01 July 1949 by an act of our Parliament to regulate the Accounting and Auditing Profession in our Country. Students after appearing in class 12th examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto, can join our BCom degree plus Foundation Course here. Students can appear in the Foundation Examination after qualifying the senior secondary (10+2) examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto. Students after registration to the course are required to complete a minimum of 4 months study period from the date of registration in order to be eligible to appear in the Foundation Examination, i.e., students registered on or before 30th June/ 31st December will be eligible to appear in November/ May examination, as the case may be. Foundation Course registration is valid for 3 years and can be revalidated any number of times for further 3 years period by paying revalidation fee of Rs. 300/- or as decided by the Council from time to time.

SUBJECTS COVERED IN CA FOUNDATION COURSE:


Paper-1: Principles and Practice of Accounting (100 Marks) Paper-2: Business Law & Business Correspondence and Reporting (100 Marks) Section A: Business Law (60 Marks) Section B: Business Correspondence and Reporting (40 Marks) Paper-3: Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning & Statistics (100 Marks) Part I: Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning (60 Marks) Part II: Statistics (40 Marks) Paper-4: Business Economics & Business and Commercial Knowledge (100 Marks) Part I: Business Economics (60 Marks) Part II: Business and Commercial Knowledge (40 Marks) Paper-3 and Paper-4 are objective type papers with negative marking. The Board of Studies issues comprehensive study materials covering all four subjects.

PASSING CRITERIA IN CA FOUNDATION EXAM:


A Foundation Course candidate shall be declared to have passed the examination if he/ she obtains at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all the papers, subject to the principle of negative marking.

Intermediate Level


Eligibility:

CA Foundation Pass / UG or PG in Commerce Stream with 55% aggregate of marks (excluding Language Papers) and Non-Commerce students with 60% of marks (excluding Language Papers) / CMA Inter Pass / CS Executive Pass.

Validity of Registration:

4 Years and can be renewed if required on expiry.

Mode of Registration Payment:

Only through Online and no Offline Mode is available.

Total Numbers of Paper:

08 and it has been divided into 2 Groups with 4 Papers in each. Rule for Appearing the Exams: Students are very ease to appear Either of the Groups or both the Groups simultaneously as per their will and need.

Medium:

English and Hindi

Study Period:


Minimum 8 months for Foundation Mode students and minimum 9 months of Articleship Attendance for Graduate/Direct Entry students.

Type of Exam:

Papers 2; 4 in Group-I and Papers 6; 7 in Group-II are both Subjective/Descriptive and Objective (MCQ) Type Papers with 30:70 ratio of marks; 30% will be Objective/MCQ Type and 70% will be Descriptive Type Questions. Remaining Papers are Descriptive/Subjective. There is No Negative Marks for any Paper in both the Groups in CA Inter.

Passing Criteria:

40% in each Paper and 50% aggregate in each Group if appeared for any One; if appeared for both the Groups simultaneously, 40% in each Paper and 50% aggregate in Total Marks (400/800).

Negative Marks:

No Negative Marks in both Subjective and Objective Papers for Wrong Answers.

Exemptions:

Available for the Papers with 60% and above marks in any Group for 3 continuous attempts; if not cleared within 3 attempts, the students should clear all the Papers in the Particular Group in which they failed.

Exams held in the months of:

May and November every year.

CA Final

Eligibility:

CA Intermediate Pass (both Group 1; 2).

Eligibility to appear for the Exam:

30 months of Articleship Attendance + Successful Completion of Advanced ICITSS.

Validity of Registration:

5 years and can be renewed if required on expiry.

Mode of Registration Payment:

Only through Online and no Offline Mode is available.

Total Numbers of Paper:

08 and it has been divided into 2 Groups with 4 Papers in each.

Rule for Appearing the Exams:

Students are very liberal to appear Either of the Groups or both the Groups simultaneously according to their will and wish.
